QUARTIER JARDIN is an experimental network founded in 2020 to combat the recent cultural developments and correct them with empathy, inclusion and revolt.
We believe art is not just decoration, but a position and responsibility. We exist for artists, thinkers and cultural activists who want to work with the intention of changing their own lives, local lives and potentially even global lives.
